So Nick Hogan drives a 350z now???

ppl will think it's a braille auto car
 
am not hating but if it wasnt for his dad.. he wouldnt be where he is rite now... as simple as dat. he got a free ride up there .. we dont.
 
I think he has proven that he wants this just as bad as anyone else though. I think he is a great driver from what I have seen.

He's been driving good...now. But of course because of who he is, he got to rock a pro drift car, get trained 1 on 1 with plenty of pro's with unlimited seat time and chances, can make mistakes and pay for them. Almost anyone given that opportunity with that much support and practice can become a good drifter. I'm not hating either, his driving has improved a lot, it's just most beginners have to start with a bone-stock car and work their way up with their own hard earned money and troubles...he doesn't.

+1 .... the best part i think bout becoming a drifter is knowing u did it all urself and feeling proud of it. he... well.. his got his dads $$ for dat..

I agree. Pretty much the best part of doing anything is knowing you did it on your own and didn't need anyone else.

+1 -----> but It would be nice of Nick if he came out to one of the Ter-Tech events or anyother small events in SFL.
Then again, he'll probably never come out because of all the disrespect he gets from SFL drifters!

well i mean its not really hard to drift when you have a fully built drift car lol... lets get him a S13 with strut bars and lowering springs and a welded diff then lets see how he does lol my assumption not so good lmao... im not against the kid its just he just poped up outta no where drifting he didnt have to do the shit like we do... such as finding spots to practice instead his daddy rents out tracks for him to drift for hours lol... must be nice... not against him just... he doesnt do the stuff we do tring to find used tires and shit... he has not street knowledge... im not saying im a street drifter at all lol.... i attend track events and all that good stuff just.... hes well a teenie boper imo.

So if your "Daddy" provided you all that stuff you would tell him no thanks. I want to go out on the street and practice illegally and unsafely. I bet you would :rolleyes: .

What is wrong with practicing on the track? If you had the cheese, sponsership and financial backing I'm sure you would be on a track with a built car too.

You think having a fully built drift car is easy to drive? I would like to see you drive a 500 hp beast. And it's not only controlling the car, it's also being competitive in it. Or you can try being competitive in a 200 hp hachi, where the only option to win is to drive balls to the wall. I'm not hating on you, I just think you should realize what you are saying.

Anyway, Nick has talent. When I saw him here in Miami at Nopi, he was driving his ass off, and he was very aggressive. I loved every moment he was driving, cuz you can see he was out there to win, even if he fucked up. I love the fact that he doesn't play it safe either. Like Harri said, he is one of the few that clutch kicks his entries. Clutch kick > e-brake. ALL DAY SON!
 
yes nissan takin over!!!!!!get ready bitches. I dont think anyone can say anything cuz first off hulk will wip yo ass lmao, but on a serious note hes trying and he might damn well be good. If all our mami's and papi's were ass rich they would want us to do wutever it is we dream of doing as a career. Hulk worked hard for his money and he damn sure supports his kids so by all means let the kid live it up...but i agree he will never know what its like to build a car from ground up to drift unless he decides to. I dunno im kinda torn but kinda glad for the kid
 
Well im too lazy to read thru the whole thing but hulk hogans actaully gets in the Z and drifts the sh*t out of it (well he tries) And with what harri says, come on guys we actually have a local celeb trying out a sport we love and heping us put S FL. on the map and all there is on this forum is crap talking about him......yeah yeah he is where he is because of his dad but what would you have done if you was in his shoes????????? I would have done the same thing, i may have crashed Sam's car worst than what he did.......But you know what im enjoying the sport and trying to help out the locals........

if he didn't have the hogan last name no one on here would be saying shit. so many of these kids come from well off families here in south florida, not all, but a really good amount. and they are just bitter that their parents didn't support their career/hobby choice like his did. i am guilty of passing judgement on him as well. but i have been watching his driving, and he really is pretty good. he is still young, as all of you were once in the scene, some still, and he has more room to improve. my old roommate has been seeing him on a weekly basis since the nopi events, and he used to look down on the kid, and now he actually has respect for him.
yeah he can't make it to the sfl events, i am sure we are not the only forum that bitches about it. i am sure there are cities everywhere that he is on their sites and all want him to make an appearance. just cut him some slack. yeah he is a rich kid, so are a bunch of you. your just not rolling with the allowance he has. hell, i wish i were him, i'd build my own fucking track and play all day.

good luck nick, harri, robby, bill, blake, etc. in the up coming events.

and by the way, he didn't get "dropped" by mopar. he left them. and he got a 350 after playing around in blakes car. none of you are on here busting blake's chops for driving one. seems like you all are never happy with anything, first its lets fuck with him cause he is drifting a viper, lets all say he can only drift because of the power, oh lets bust his balls for getting a 350z cause we all know those are just so easy to munipulate around turns...come on seriously stop with the bashing and do what we are supposed to do and what people would respect us as a drifting community for....SUPPORTING EVERYONE AND ANYONE IN THE SCENE FOR PURE RESPECT OF BEING A DRIFT FAMILY.

If my parents would give me ANY money Id take it in a heart beat. His parents give him lessons, cars, etc. Thats awesome shit. I was just wondering about the 350z.
 
Man the funny part is the people who talk all the crap dont drift.lol .......The guy is cool, he took his time at Nopi to meet with us and talk to us, he even rocked one of our stickers all the way until his viper got messed up (i give him mad props for that) shit we gave Blake a sticker and he removed it in less than one day (shame on you Blake). I dont see a reason for you guys to hate. Instead of some of you guys talking smack why not sign up to an event... YOU GOTTA LOVE THA ETHERNET...
