Anyone know what the paint used to smoke tailights is made out of lacquer? Also were i can get some in miami?

I bought some from Speed and Truck world when I was 16...but that was over 10 years ago. :-\

thanks i wanted to start doing it for some extra bread but i just wanted to find some paint locally dont really want to order it etc..
