sleepy eyes

lol i dont think ur car likes u much
cars cursed what can i say!? she shut off on me today and wouldnt turn on, i had to wait 45 mins in somebodys driveway for it to stop having a sissyfit.

no lol, just flick it towards you then let it go.. what it does when you pull it towards you is flash your lights, the brights, thats why they go up because technically you are turning on your lights..

urggg... im doing everything you say but its not going down after i turn it on... bah hum bug! just fuck it, i'll work on it some other time.

haha... your button works right? it stays in when its on and comes back out when you press it again? push it so it stays in, then turn off your lights so they come up, then turn off the lights so theyre up but off, and double tap the button to make them go down.. that part works? if that works then all you have to do is turn the lights back on, DONT FLICK, jsut twist at the end, and theyll turn on in the sleepy position

when properly connected the button was used to move the lights up and down. But it really serves no purpose because with the twist of the knob it brings them up and you turn them the other way and it brings them down. Basically when you cut the brown wire all you are doing is elminating the power to bring the headlights up in the button. Yes the motors have a separate up and down circuit. Thats why you have three wires at the terminal, Up+ Down+ and a Common Ground-. And yes there is a different control circuit for when you use the knob to turn on the lights and bring up the headlights. So when you cut the brown wire all you can do is have sleepy eyes lights when the lights are off. The proper way to do this is through the relay like on the YouTube video. Only way it will ever work right with the lights on and keep you from having to pull relays and terminals to keep them sleepy.

ok... it kinda worked:( i double tapped it then turned the lights on and it worked yay! but i tried it again with the lights in a lower position and it just shut off and came back up full... lol, quite the experience.

thats true, but at the same time no... number one, try and twist the lights up manually, when they get to a certain point they automatically go back down... number two, i can turn my lights on when theyre sleepy, did you not see the pic? it just doesnt make sense because it doesnt light up the road... and number three i still have every single function, my lights work fine, i can move the pop ups to any position, fully open, sleepy, or fully closed, i want with the lights either on or off...
