Sleepy Eye Pivot Controller

So i have one on my car i bought the car with it..

It works but heres the problem.. When i open my headlights with the controller to 0 my headlights align perfectly all the way up.
Now when i put the controller lets say at a 60% one is way off from the other one.. So if i adjust the lights height to be good at that percentage when i go put the light down i have a a gap from the light to bumper in one of the lights when they close.

Anyone who can help me out ? maybe Another way to adjust them instead of just the stick where the motor pushes them up.

In case you don't know the controller here it is.

take that shit off.
problem solved. :bigthumbu

well i would but i mean since it has it. and already connected might as well use it.

I got it to the point where i put it at 50 percent the sleepy eyes look somewhat even. and when open there even but when close still a lil gap on the left one..

the only person that i know that has one that worked proper was richie (platinumpresto)

i had one on my miata an it worked fine i tryed putting it on teh the 240 never worked so i sold it

eddie had it on his 180sx and it worked just fine, sounds like to me you have on shitty(slow) motor or its off a tooth

yeh im just gunna take out the box headlights work just fine and are both even without it thnx all..

mods close plz

after you take it off just cut the brown wire behind the headlight up and down switch. then you can just adjust from the brights and the button instead of trying to get that thing working

you dont need brights, just turn the lights on, hit the button turn lights off and double tap button until they are at desired position :D
