sick twincharged s15 on bags & crazy dash

yeah i wish i had the mula to do it, but let me ask you do you have to custom fab some kinda a valve to switch between SC and turbo?

Usually one runs through the other. When the turbo comes in, the super-charger is then pretty much free-wheeling. I still think the proper turbo set-up is better than having both.

No you would not need a special valve to switch in between induction devices. You would use a roots blower of a certain displacement and a really, really big turbo charger. I know a few specifics, im not giving them out.

And you are incorrect with both of your assumptions. Believe me.

Some of group B's best cars were twin-charged for a very good reason. Also VW is selling a lot of cars now with twin-charged small engines.

I want a twin-charged short stroke 2.0 dies-otto, inline6, with variable compression, VVT, solenoid valvetrain, 7valves per cylinder and triple spark, revving to 15,000rpm!!!

My rough guess puts that at about 700hp on pump gas with about 450-500lb-ft torque, great driveablity, perfect idle, sweet sound and 60mpg on the highway. And yes that is being realistic.

Oh and Rick, check your PM's

I was just saying that a lot of twin-charged systems don't use bypass valves. I still think that there are other ways to achieve a specific hp and powerband goal. I do drive a turbo rotary so what would I know about low-end torque? haha

The car looks sick but the bags are a little overboard there i know drifting is a style of its own when it comes to cars with the crazy exhaust and the rims but the bags almost make it as bad as this

^Yeah, i know praxis makes a suspension like that. Still, alignments will be a major issue.

yeah praxis is the bomb. i remember snowboarding with blake fuller about 4or 5 years ago when he had praxis on his sti ... down low the car was a grip machine... then you could always rasie it up and go and find your own rally trails! but im not sure if i would do it on a drift car tho
