Should I S13 to S14 subframe swap

This isn't a thread about what's needed for the swap. I'm going to get rid of my s14 and get an s13 hatch. If I can keep any of the parts like the susp., ect.. Should I try swapping in the subframe? Has anyone here driven a swapped s13? Is ther a difference. Ultimately is it worth it? Same goes for front lower control arms.
 
s14 subframes have more squat than s13's, because of the angle of the lca's. Plus they have more track width than s13.

get the solid subframe risers in offset for 14-13 application and do that shit.

Def worth it if you are going to lower the car.
 
Thats what i hear but Im not 100% on what antisquat is. And if Im lowering which i am then cant I just get adjustable lca's and ect...? Considering if i do put in the s14 subframe I'll need to mix and match some the S13/s14 rear suspension to compensate for all the camber Ill get. If Im going to do it, I want to do it right. The first time!
