shift knob????

how do u pul a stock s13 shift knob off is it threaded my only gets tighter as i turn it

turn it counter clockwise, if you cant get a bigger guy

if it only gets tighter regardless of direction either the knob or the shifter are stripped, prob both

well yea if it gets tighter theres something damaged, if you have to get it off then just keep turning and pick up a new shifter from the junkyard for cheap

and becaue lol i dont know where else to put it

out with old in with new

leave the shifter on, tighten it back on so u can drive the car, next go buy a new shifter and install

i think its 10x1.25 someone correct me if im wrong im to lazy to go look at my tap

yea either leave it and buy a new one and replace it, or do whatever you have to to get it off and clean the threads
