you should be ok if they want to fix everything fast. make sure to get all paperwork, insurance numbers and policies, pictures, check the company out on BBB.com and check out where they are getting the car fixed. BBB.com that shit too. also when you are on BBB.com write a complaint about the company, BBB should be able to resolve it. also you are doing everything right, make sure to get that valet guy's info and as much information as you can. that way if things go sour, you can sue whoever for the damages.

good luck, damn i use to valet all the time. guess i actually have to park it myself now. :/

I've always known not to valet park, but my mom is lazy and trusting i guess. I dont trust shit; they want us to use their shitty bodyshop but we refuse so they told us to get 2 estimates from different bodyshops.......As soon as they act fishy we will put the SOB's out of business its on the report that the guy didnt have a license
