Yes, he got the car almost a week ago already, however the fact is that he borrowed money to pay for it.... this fundraiser is to help him pay that off.
 
Yeah please donate, he does so much to get the events together the lest you can do is throw a few bucks in to help. it adds up!

Don't take this the wrong way, I am just curious about this though.

Why are we donating to someone who crashed their car at an event, it doesn't make any sense to me. Why pay for someone else's mistakes? And don't give me any bullcrap about oh, it's the right thing to do, that's what friends are for, we are a community and have to help each other out. Because that is just a bunch of BS. No one ever made a donation for anyone else who ever crashed at an event; Robert, Manny, Greg, Chelsea, Rick, Tertech, Santi.. why should we help this one person who we just met recently for his own fault over those we've known from the beginning? It is the drivers responsibility to know that he/she could crash at any event. I just want a legit reason to why are we donating because I don't get it.

And I really hope that you guys who are donating are just as willing, if not MORE, to donate to the website. Afterall, if it wasn't for this website, I'm sure half the people who attend OSW's and Hialeah events would've never knew about it and the events would've died.

Just my 2 cents.

My reasoning for the donation....... simple

Rob has the entire year booked for a monthly drift event. Rob is one person, not a organization/shop/group/ect. He has done something that is proven quite difficult to pull off. Hes poured alot of time and effort into getting events for us.

I had the money around, and this thread popped up. I felt it was the least I can do.

So why not donate to the other drivers as well who have crashed? They also support drifting and go to events where unfortunately they've lost their cars as well. Doesn't seem very right to help one person and not the others.
 
when they rent a track, I will donate if they gank themselves.

same place mine was when i tried to copy the Wright Brothers.

so in order to get donations, you have to rent a track and crash your car? got it.. i'm renting a parking lot in a few months so get your donations ready *****es
 
hey i wrecked the FC and i gave a track to the masses.......lol the selective few....with the options of a bigger group. and now i need help so get to it biitches...
