[19:31] PJ MR NO LIFE: are motors (scooter or small lil motors like that) i hear that since they are "made to burn oil" they can handle a turbo...-example-http://videos.streetfire.net/search/briggs/0/26FEE1A2-E1D9-4A05-92A3-5CBF44AA20C7.htm
[19:31] PJ MR NO LIFE: could i just slap a turbo on my scooter?
[19:31] alchemist xl: i doubt it
[19:31] *** Auto-response sent to alchemist xl: eating
[19:31] alchemist xl: i have no idea about anything turbo
[19:31] PJ MR NO LIFE: ive even seen another video of nitrous on one
[19:32] alchemist xl: I am all motor guy
[19:32] alchemist xl: well nitrous yea
[19:32] alchemist xl: but turbo i dont think so
[19:32] PJ MR NO LIFE: i thought you would have sum knowledge
[19:32] alchemist xl: not on bikes lol
[19:32] PJ MR NO LIFE: well engines at all
[19:32] PJ MR NO LIFE: u saw the link thought right
[19:33] PJ MR NO LIFE: ?
[19:36] PJ MR NO LIFE: wait! do lil scooter engines even have pistons??

Lmao.....yes you could you can turbo anything. a good turbo for a scooter would maybe a stock snowmobile turbo. yes there is a piston in there......its a two stroke thats why it burns oil...and finally yes you are a moron. if i was dan i wouldnt stop my oval track drift porn masturbation session to answer your pm's. but i'm not him....i wish i was. or at least his brokeback touge buddy.

You can turbo anything with an exhaust output.

The 2 Stroke Turbo is POINTLESS THO! 2 Stroke motors do not have valves to hold pressure in the cylinder. They are what is called a SCAVENGING motor which uses exhaust pulses to clear the chamber to make for fresh A/F Mixture to come into the cylinder. So the turbo will hardly spool.

depending on the overlap of the ports and the displacement of the engine you can make boost with the properly sized turbo.

I have seen a banshee using a 2.3l caravan turbo, ~7psi.

depending on the design of the engine and how the overlap is configured from the factory its possible to make boost with a 2-stroke although through conventional engine theology its not best to turbo a 2-stroke engine

that is true to a point but 2strokes can spool a turbo and make power and lots of it.they cant hold cylinder pressure to good but the fact that they can spin so fast lets them get away with this they can push enough exhuast to spool a turbo and force enough air into the cylinders and hold that pressure long enough to ignite the A/F mixture almost identical to how rotarys work. http://media.putfile.com[/sKERMIT]-...st not the same as a 4stroke motor would use.

i have a four 4!! stroke geez all these posts are people talking about a two stroke working or not working!

well genius whether it works or not will tell you if its even possible to accomplish such the endevour successfully.

sure you could, you would have to do something about oil feed because on a two stroke engine its lubricated by the premixed fuel. It dosent have an oil pump to circulate pressurized oil.

maybe an external electric pump to a 1 quart oil cooler as your feed and a return for the turbo..... although if you are asking these questions you dont have the resources to actually go ahead with this "project".
