sc300 steelies

so i found a pair of SC300 steelies for sale with tires...theyre 5x114.3 15x6.5 but with a +50mm offset, can i rock them on my S14 SE? or will they rub right into my shocks from the sunkenness?

Check doesn't hurt to do a test fit. If anything run some spacers depending on the clearance you would need,
