S2000 roll bar

Is a Cusco 4-point roll bar adequate for skidpad events and the like? Or does it need to be an SCCA legal one or something?

I talked to a tech guy last weekend and he told me it needed to be higher than my head.

Yes when the car senses it's going to flip the roll bar around the headrest pop out it's a factory safety feature and u should be able to slide the skidpad in my eyes it should pass to slide the big track
