fyi dont spray any kind of spray on your mafs hotwire. every time your igniition is shut off, 12v is sent to the hotwire to burn off any dirt, corroision or debris. It cleans its self every time you turn your ignition off. Spray a cleaner on there and you will have to get a new mafs.
go over the iacv hose make sure that its hose clamped on the intake tube and on the manifold. Also if you have a pcv running to the valve cover make sure thats clamped tight. make sure the intake tube is clamped properly on the throttle body, the mafs is secure to the intake tube ect. look over the intake manifold and search for anything that might ressemble a vaccum line that is unplugged or torn. While the engine is running see if you cant spray down the intake manifold with carburator cleaner, if any of this cleaner hits the leaky area it will change the idle. Spray it around the iacv stuff under the upper portion of the intake manifold and on the back of the intake manifold there are tons of little lines back there that lead to anything and everything. I dunno be observant? careful when you are working on your vehicals?
check for any wiring harness damage, heat melting, wire frays, wire nicks, new or excessivly old electrical tape, harness connectors are in good condition. While the key is off you can unplug connectors and check to see if the contacts are corroded.
chances are your not going to be able to find out what is wrong your self. Chances are that you arent telling us every single symptom that is happeneing because you dont what to look for or w\e other wack *** **** thats happening to your car. Find a friend of someone who has some experiance w\ working for a dealership.
