running lights wont work

my running lights on my coupe dont work the brake lights and turn signals work but i have no running lights. I checked all the fuses and changed the bulbs but nothing. Any ideas i already got pulled over once i need to get this fixed.

maybe a broken wire in the harness?
or in the clip?
unclip it and see if your getting power and if not start tracing the wires

yo son to pass tech at nopi i pull my alternator fuse. it takes all the running lights with it also/

its the big grey fuse under the hood.

jump it with wire and see if it works.
