Rear End Clunk

So with the help of a friend we came to the conclusion that the loud clunk from my rear end is my sub frame. The car is completely stock for the time being. I would like to go solid bushings but im scared that it might be too much for such a stock car.

My question to you guys is

What do you think??

How rough is it really?

Does anyone have a video with the noise?

its loud as fuck...if ur a bitch u wont like it........and i got a welded on top its a noise factory back there

well i wouldn't consider myself a "bitch" but i wouldn't want to just throw solids on a completely stock car then hate it after cus i cant enjoy my ride

get the energy bushings or collars.........its not horrible but i kno some ppl dont like noisey cars.....be warned it will be loud

if u got a coupe with backseats ull barely hear the solid bushing noise but in a hatch its pretty loud, im used to it but ther are times wher i wish it was quieter, i suugest the energy pinneapples, collars dont do anything but destroy whats left of the original bushing

bushings

i have solid sub frame and diff bushings along with soild motor and tranny mounts its loud and shakes but you get used to it plus at first everything rattles intill it seems to set in

will someone take this guy for a ride ffs.

it will clunk. what is loud to you may not be loud to the next guy. sometimes i swear my subframe hopped through the rusty ass floorboard and is sitting in the trunk, but i have a totally gutted hatch with metal on metal suspension just about everywhere, i barely pay attention to it anymore. the more rubber and polyurethane you replace with metal the more rigid and harsh it will be. if you want a comfy quiet ride dont start replacing any of your bushings with metal ones.

but damn a rough ass ride is a hell of alot better than suspension slop imo.

if you plan on doing full suspension in the future go ahead and get the metal ones, subframe bushings aren't something you want to have to redo.
