also you could run an oil cooler.. that always helps.. and as far as the rough idle, look for vacuum leaks..

I was pretty much thinking that, and the pumps.
I know RB's heat up fast because I've seen it in person, but over-upgrading on the whole cooling system should back that up fine.

But yea, thanks for the help all you..Pretty much upgrading on pumps and the whole cooling system would let the RB last...but not forever
But as for the idling thing, I've read different things people have done here and there to fix it. Ahh, I'll just read more and figure it out sooner or later.

my rb ran cool after i put a good rad in it never over 180

I've seen your 240.
What rad and fans you running? size of the fans too..
Idk if RB20 and 25 fans would be compatible though.
