That is one of the things I miss about Japan. They will have scout cars setup with radios to let others know when the cops are coming. Which normally leads to a few honks and everyone bouncing. Plus all the JPs do most of the time is just roll thru with their lights on to have everyone leave. Very few times I would actually see a JP chase a drifter down...
