quick s14 body question

Is the core radiator support on the kouki s14 the same as a zenki's? And if I'm correctt, aren't there welds you must drill through to remove the support? Oh yea, if anybody has a core support, LMK!!!! :D
 
I would say its the same, Arent the headlight mounting points the same for zenki and kouki headlights? If those are the same, then yea same crap.

Look along the length of the support, your going to find the seam and all that gunk sealant that nissan puts on the seams to prevent rust. look there for the spot welds.

*tip*- If you use a drill bit with a pilot tip, (bullet bit or unibit) its really easy and clean to drill spot welds. The pilot tip goes in the center of the weld while the actual drill diameter removes the material that was fused togeather. Leaving you with only a 1\8th-3\16ths hole instead of 5-16ths or 3\8ths.

Yea, thats what I was curious about...If they are then great! But I don't have a zenki to compare with ATM.

no they are diffrent, if you check at nissan the part #'s are diffrent and the headlight mounting brackets are diffrent
