question about roll center adjusters

ok, so jimmybahh and green _machine can attest to how much the front upper control arm of an is300 touches the upper strut mount when the car is low. There is a product made for gs's that fit on the is300, it's called a roll center adjuster, or a lowering block. when you click the link, just look at the front ones.

so i understand how it adjusts your roll center, and they lower the front of the car by 30mm, so if i raise the coil-over back up by that much, my strut will have more travel, my question is, will it give my front upper control arm more travel?

i want to say no, but ls400 guys use these to allow the front of the car to go lower, and the problem they have is the upper control arm touching the chassis, too.

I don't see how I answered my own question, but I did speak to a guy that engineers parts for is300's suspension and he said no, it won't help my problem.
