problems on a vert

ok i got a 240sx vert and to start it up i have to put gas into the intake thats first. i have checkd the fuel pump and it has pressure. i have checkd spark and it has spark. the only thing i havent done is check the injectors to see if they could be clogd.? any help with this
 
whats FPR?? well theres fuel passing the fuel filter so that should be ok.. or maybe it could be letting the dirt pass thur and cloging the injectors
 
ohh lol.. well i dont have a fuel pressure regulator.. its a stock ka.. for now.. just trying to save gas.
 
ohh damm i didnt know that.. well were is it more likely located.. like that i can check it... this has had me crazy for 3 days already..
