problem with AVCR!

Has anyone had any problems with the valve on the Apexi AVCRs??? For some reason the boost will not go past stock boost when i raise it on the controller, the turbo is good cuz if i remove the hose to the wastegate it works fine... and i know its wired right and the hoses are where they are supposed to go cuz it was working before i rebuilt the head.. also if theres a way to contact apexi to replace the part???

go thru the trouble shooting guide for it maybe something not adjusted properly, I dont know this product but have seen this happen on other boost controllers.
 
an apexi retailer should be able to order the part.

was the boost controller running correctly before you did the engine work? if not, check the boost cut pressure is not at "stock" boost.
 
yes it was running correctly before... where do i check the cut pressure?? is that the stock solenoid by the ignitor, cuz i removed that

ive set boost on an avc-r once. Im not exactly sure where its located in the menus. Look through the users manual or look for "boost limit" or some kind of max boost setting. Although if it was working before it you shouldn't have a problem if you are trying to run the same boost.
 
thanks for everyones help.. i initialized the controller then re-entered the settings and it works now.. i guess it had some type of glitch or something
