Places to store and work on a car

Just like the title says,
Im looking for ideas or places to store a car and work on it.

I would keep it where i live but my appartment complex is very strict on having a operating car and were not "supposed" to do any kind of work outside of regular maitenance

I was thinking of renting a storage shed but i am pretty sure that they are kind of the same way with their policy's.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

u mean in orlando?
 
Some storage facilities are cool. I know of one down here but you're up in Orlando so that won't help. Just call around or visit some in person.

well if you own a 240 than motor swaps fall into the regular maint. so you should be straight to pretty much do anything ;)
