yeah when SFL got hacked they were all over myspace saying to join their forum while sfl was down

yea i remember that and had everyone send them nasty replys sayin that shit aint cool at all! fuckin losers! i wouldnt waste my hard on with that chic either!

I know these guys and they have a real silk screen machine at there shop and there really great quailty. They only been doing this for like a month and there trying hard not get in anyones way. I'm very sorry to be seeing all these bad post from a FL drifter like you guys.

^they souldn't be stealn other companys shit then.

+1, shouldnt they be trying to make up their own style and original content? or why take down the shirts once confronted unless they know they copied off of mycu and they know they were wrong???

Like i said on my deleted post.... IF myculture is not INC, those other people can use your designs... I also found funny of how people get all protective over this, stop posting about it and contact them, as simple as that. Give them a call instead of making all this fuzz, tell them that you are incorporated and that you are whilling to take legal action. Also, you can even ask if they want to buy your design as long as they credit you as the CORP. behind it doing so will allow you to make a profit from their sales. But i guess you guys are a bit too busy in the ethernet. If you are going to handled a business do it like grown ups. Same goes to the whole forums thing, all forums look the same, the have the same sections.....the name thing is just stupid.... Bladder_master = just a screen name which is not in any sense a logo which can be trademarked, you might not know this but maybe there is some dude in england who has a health forum whose SN is bladder_master. So this guy using Slidewayz_master you should not be taken it serious, it should be flattering that some n00b thinks your SN is so cool that he made a variation of it.

Quote for truth

not truth, you don't have to Inc to have your work copyrighted. If a child paints a picture, and someone copied that same design and used it on a book thats copyright infringement. but what you said in the rest of your post is good.

his myspace was open to his friends to put up ideas. Once he saw that someone copied a shrit he took it down and chagned the password. He is sorry for thisand sent a message to one of the owners. A "will drift for tires" shrit wasnever made cause he owns that shirt and would not copy it. Again he sorry and as you saw it wad taken down within mins. And no money was made from it.

you cant copyright a T-shirt man.. you are able to copyright the saying and design but other than that ... last time i check t shirts are not copyrighted material..

^its called intilectual property any work by a artist is there property and is as strong as a copy right in court.

i know that.. but the only ground would be on copyrigting the say in each one of your shirts... it pays off to work at a law firm man...

He's right there really isnt much art on the shirts they are just sayings written in english on a shirt. Are you saying you own that saying?
