i did a few out of town deals with paul and never had a problem quick shipping and always great communication
 
He still owes me a flange but I'm not sweetin it cuz I know he'll get it to me eventually

paypal doesn't just refund money. It happened to me when I was buyin a phone on eBay. They will only give u the money back if they can get the money out of the bank account that was linked to there paypal account so if theyhave no money in the account or if they closed the account your SOL
 
I didn't doubt he was legit based on his feedback which is why I paypalled him but that doesn't explain why me and a bunch of people are stuck with no money or parts and no responses.
