Congrats Rodd!!! I just closed on my house 2 weeks ago and I've been working non-stop on it ever since. Feels good to not piss away rent money anymore!!!

good shit rodd you need help with anything let me know me and my dad built most of our house our selves so i can do sheet rock, paint, tile, hardwood floors, carpet, plumbing, electrical pretty much anything.
 
aww congrats rod and ellejah really nice house, hopefully everything turns out for the best! If u need help cleaning it up or anything let me know. . i love cleaning, honestly lol. .

damn guys thanks for the kind words...yes as soon as i get the keys all the appliances that are in the house are either gonna be sold ina yard sale or thrown away....im not using someone elses shit haha! yea our plans right off the rip are:

1.going to brandsmart and using my hook up on all brand new appliances
2. painting the whole inside(this includes RED sprayin up one wall in the garage-suan and sas you can join as well if you want to!!
3.tile the whole house the same tile
4.takin out the rain forest in the back yard along with all the crap in the front yard(pix will be up tonight) i hate alot of trees and bushes n shit in a yard! i like all grass and maybe a pond or something to break it up but nothin much.
5. after thats all gone its time to paint the outside
6. prolly get the roof redone....its gonna be alot of work and money but doing it all mostly myself will pay off in the long run! thanks for the kind words again guys and i cant wait til we can post finished pix!
 
hell ya son im down to spray some hotness on the wall and if you need help with the tile and such i got you son
 
congrats on the crib. its nice to see people are still buying homes even through the bad economy. Btw hit me up if you need any electric work:)
