well i wasent gonna post these yet since our camera ran outa memory before we took outside pix. this is a house we finally won a bid on last month...as some of you may know ellejah and i have been searching for a house for bout 4 months now. puttin offers on other houses and gettin outbid or something else happens and the sellers dont wanna sell anymore or whatever. but we went today for an inspection on the house to make sure we still want to move foward on the process! here are some pix of how the previous owners left the house.
mind you the house has been sittin empty for months now...and a window was cracked open which let lots of roaches get in and die lol....there are none alive in the house! and yes i will be remodeling EVERYTHING!!!
the house is a 2/2 1 car garage on a corner lot with a shadow box fenced in back yard fuckin sweetness!

and the only outside shot i have right now...the side of the house which shows you just one part of the rain forrest i have to destroy through out the front and back yard!

like i said guys this is how it looks now and as soon as i close and get my keys im gonna start my demo! cant wait its gonna be a long journey with ellejah and i!

congrats man. i just got a old man house in tamarac ....... needs alot of work too. let me know if you need some ideas or help. i remodel houses for a living and im dam good at what i do. here are a few jobs ive done http://s278.photobucket.com/albums/kk107/ndh_designs/. upper left coner. ....... still havent uploaded all of them yet..... too lazy. i can get you some deals on tile,marble,base,crown,wood etc. so let me know what ya need , dont mind helping a fellow drifter out on some stuff.

yea i got my hands in everything as well...that what happens when you work construction for al iving lol but yea dude thanks if i need anything i will holler at you!
 
with all those dead roaches u should have some type of fear/factor there! u can make it a fund rasier to get supplies and material to make that garage bigger!!!!!!!!

dude rodd... thats a verrrrrrrrry nice place.. its just dirty but under the filth is a nice home and atleast you have a garage.. i wish i had that too.. sigh.. when i first got my place i had to change out my entire a/c system, water heater, all the apliances(SS baller haha), and i am now working on installing my surround sound and remodling ma kitchen.. it take quite a bit of money and time, but atleast you have yourself a home!
