OSW easter Caravan

Guys so you know. Tire changing will be available. Its going to be a fee of $20 per driver. Doesn't matter if its 2 tires or 10 tires for the day. We have to pay the guy who's coming out providing the service. And no one person can't pay and the get everyone else's tires changed. We need to be fair to the Daniel from tire brigade, and I end up shelling out what ever money is needed at the end to pay him at the end.

And bring food and drinks for the bar B q.

I figure if everyone brings something there will be enough different things for everyone to enjoy....

I know the safety crew will be bringing some food for drivers.
 
oh i dont think all the drivers know to bring food.. ur best bet then instead of relying on us to bring food. at the tech meeting have everyone throw down 5 bucks for food or so then having 1 person go to the food store near by and get the food.

Well im not expecting everyone to bring food. I'm just saying if you want to be a nice guy bring some food up and donate it into the picnic.

Its gonna be easter so not many stores will be open that day.

ohhh jea, well i will try and pick sum stuff up tomm. cant promise funds are low from the drive up and now having to definetly spend 20 bucks on a tire changer... errrrrr i be BROKE
