Opening a drift spot.

ive been to a perfect place! few places near by but not any homes. its the old palm beach county waste and the owner has a guy there sitting watching the like 50 old antique cars that are worth some cash on the open big lot. it used to be a waste place but i saw like some garages for working on cars but now its just filled with old cars rotting. idk exactly where but from boynton beach where i live. i go to the u pull and pay i take turnpike and go north then get off at u pull and pay and while getting back on the highway i have to take a left towards the north to get back going south and on the left there is the place. you can see it passing by on turnpike.

Oh yea it is alot of money but there tons of room in the building for a shop an other things i figured this would get knocked but oh well. an this would be alot more room then alot of people are thinking.

Yes i know what your talking about very well lol i got efilive got a neen mcrat tune with some added features by me.. start up smoke lope no defueling very nice.

Going to talk to the guy today he wants to see what this drifting is all about so i gotta give him a short idea i guess. going to the city in the morning. my thoughts are if i cant make a drift practice happen or an event atleast i have this place for 6 months free and i can tear it up and theres auctully quite a bit of room. more then i think alot of you realize.

i agree with what jeremy said, i'm in sarasota, and i'm not gong to risk drifting my lexus into a wall, get this done and i'm there, drifting or spectating, either way.
 
Get some pictures of the place so we know your not just bs'ing.

If your not then it sounds like a good idea. If its really 3 acres of open pad that would be awesome. I would definitely be down to go. Just need to see the pics first and what a track layout would be like. Open pad is just stupid and boring.
 
Im 2 mins from this place I live off of 45th st e. I could go up there with a video of some of the locals and show the guy. Im a local filmer this would be great for everyone. I think that parking lot would be big enough. My friend use to slide in back in the day before they blocked off the entrance. LMK if you would need the videos. I can be there anytime after 330 on the week days.

i know what your talking about. i live down the street. its an old run down car shop/garage. you cant "drift" in there yet alone get a car in there.

this guy(o.p) has the property to run these events. nothing illegal goin on here. no sneaking in at night.no worrying about cops...

but if you want to sneak into that area filled with potholes and rusted up antiques be my guest. you'll just make us all look bad.

i talked to the guy that lives there. he has to watch the place. he lives in the trailer. he said he just doesnt want people stealing the cars. he dont give a shit about the spot. plus you can resurface the area if you are really down to make a place. it is a bit small but my friend has his number and wanted to buy the cars but they arent for sale. just for rust. and btw. stfu with your failness.
 
Desoto isn't under new management. There are just so many events going on right now....I don't want to organize a practice and have 5 people show up. I talked to the owner on Sat, so we should have a practice soon.

But, I'm down to help in any way if this really is possible.... I'm also concerned about the zoning and insurance... but sounds promising...

I was just going by what the lady told me at charlotte about Jon's son running the place, and that he didn't run it before, like he was a new person managing it that wasn't managing it before, and if stock car racing was a dude, he'd get after it. Wait I just confused myself.
