Oil pump Engine Build

Should I get a new oil pump

I would do that but since I got this gift car I might as well, anyone know a cheap place to buy it, fucking NAPA now wants to charge 206 plus 15 for shipping even though they are shipping it to themselves plus tax. They are fucking crazyyyy hate these damn auto part stores. ANYONE??? ebay got them for mad cheap, idk if they are reliable though

so because you got one thing for free you feel obligated to spend money on something else on the car that you may or may not need. like it or not i think you are either lazy or you dont know how to do it.

good luck. with your attention to detail so far i hope your car makes it out of your garage before setting on fire.

1st no your right I dont know how to do it..but that doesnt mean I cant figure it out and learn how to do it.

2nd lack of time and being lazy is completly different. Im an 18yr old full time college student while working full time also. Dont be so quick to judge.

3rd I didnt ask your opinion to my attention of detail, I appreciate your first post about how and what to do, but you could have stopped there.

I appreciate everyones input on this, I did order a new oil pump from NAPA paid an unfortunate $230 for it. Im gonna go set my car on fire now..

Napa is expensive but more times than not they are high quality parts.

yea they are but I get the "mcFatter" discount cus I went to school there and they think im in the auto program, which im not. its knocks off about 40bucks. But discount,advance, or bennett didnt stock an oil pump and coulndt even order it. NAPA was my only choice vs the web and they are actually kinda cheap compared to the web
