yes yes yes I need a new valve cover gasket kit. Ok I just did that but what can I use to clean the tunnel where the spark plugs go? Theirs oil in their still. And the plugs have oil as well. Any recomendations as to what I can use to clean it with? Brake parts cleaner?

if its not a lot, just pull the plugs and let it go into the cylinders then put the plugs back in and fire it up. if its a lot, then wrap a rap around the end of a screw driver and stick it in the spark plug hole to soak it up.

Vas, its not a lot; just some spotting. So pull the plug and let what go in the cylinders?

let the oil thats sitting around the spark plug drain down into the cylinder. if its not a lot, itll start right up, smoke for a minute, then clear up and everything should be ok.

well theirs not that much for it to actually RUN down into the cylinders. No "pools" formed around the plug. I just have tiny spots of oil on the plugs when I pull them. I guess I could just wipe them with a cloth.

i WAS gonna help you, but you didn't answer your phone... good luck
