OFF Duty Cop???

ok well i was on my way home from school right now 12:19 its 12:45 rite now so am behind a silver cavalier and well apperently it was an undercover cop and it kept flashin its badge at me???? am like ok.. am not doing anything...soo we get into an intersection and he gets next to me stops and then gets behind me ...i saw him on the phone i guess getting my plate...??? now can i get a ticket for w.e reason if he was off duty?? i did nothing I REPEAT nothing at ALL!!! i turned into my complex and he kept going.. any help???
 
screw him.... miami is full of FAKE COPS.. i had a fake cop tried to pull me over flashing a badge and some pepboys strobe lights in a 2 door montecarlo.. and yelling me to pull over i kept going and he cut across me and i got off the car with the torque wrench and i yelled at him i called 911 and they are comming! and the guy left as fast a flash.. i got the plate and gave it to the police... the best you can do is pull over in a gas station full of people and confront the "police" by speaking loudly so everyone else can hear it. .. another time i got a police csi van pulled me over and i told the guy as soon as he came to my window ... are you even a traffic cop ? he said that is none of your business .. and i told him im going to call the cops now.. start dialing on 911 and he left.. they just love abusing authority..but since i have over 50 tickets and tonssssss... of pulled over im a experience ticket holder.. lol

lolz. am actually in pomano/springs. idk he seemed. mad am like WTF??? he pulled next to me.. looked at my doors..got behind me .. but never followed me into complex so w.e he was wearing normal clothe. i was like ok guy put ur badge away...
 
you probably cut him off and didnt realize it and he got pissed and try to abuse his authority... but since you kept going he knew he could get busted for intrusion or who knows what and let it go..

yea.. i dont think he can do shit. if could or was going to he would have done it.
besides if you ever get pulled over by a plain uniform or stopped in person you have the right to call 911 or the police dept and request for a Uniformed unit to show up and carry on from there.
 
Be careful. Some of them might be guys with badges from Toys R Us trying to get you to stop and steal your car at gun point... J/k... but you never know...


Some cops just take their job tooooo seriously, they sometimes feel like they are above civilian status and think they can run shit when they are not in uniform. I don't mean any disrespect to any police men out there, but once you clock out, CHILL THE FUCK OUT!!! You can only do your job as a police officer when you are in uniform, i laugh at a cop trying to use his authority in plain clothes, just like everyone else...

And if anyone claims to be a cop and pulls me over or anything the FIRST thing I will do is call 911 and get a UNIFORMED cop to the scene. because if your car doesnt have red and blue flashing lights, I won't stop...

you are right...or sometimes cops on a different assingment (like detectives , DEA, etc..) think they have traffic powers... they dont.. so please CHILL LOL
 
you would know if it were a unmarked car, it would have red and blue lights and a siren. and if you manage to get a off duty cop to pull you over then you must have done something wrong. but that guy was probably a fake seeing how he was driving a caviler.

i thought too about the cavalier but i didnt mean disrespect to some counties where cops actually drive cavaliers and some old beat up luminas still :p lol:laugh::laugh:
 
yea he had no dark windows or nothing i wasnt gonna stop.. but wen he swored into the middle of the other intersection and pulled behind me he got the phone and called...
 
if its a marked squad car, id stop. if its "under cover" i wont stop asap, like others have said a well populated area will do just fine
 
the kind of car they drive doesn't matter, I've seen a dodge caravan,s2000, f-250, hyundai santa fe and so on.
 
yea thats true if its an undercover it has to have the lights and siren somewhere in the car usually inside. i got stopped by one and i asked him he told me straight up that undercover have lights and shit inside the car since its mandatory ....so if they pull u over and u don't see no lights call 911. dam frank why cant u just stay out of trouble lol
 
ive been confronted with andddddd i know a couple "cops" lol here are my rules if u aint got red and blue lights + a crown vic or otha cop type car i aint pullin over FOR SHIT ill fucking flick u off till i get home. and if its really a cop i have a great alliby(sp)

I have only seen one, ever. I can't even remember where, I just remember looking out the window on the highway in the middle of the night, and I saw red and blue flashing lights down the road. Once I finally got close to it, I noticed it was a plain black VW beetle unmarked car....


I guess they sometimes get government seized cars and throw some lights on there to try to surprise the people that are breaking traffic laws... but don't quote me on taking gov seized cars... Though it wouldn't be a bad idea, taking an almost free car and slapping on some lights, and a siren... There you have a cheap/possibly almost free police car. Instead of buying brand new Crown Vics and Chargers and modifying them to hell...
 
if its a real cop he will show more than just his badge, do not pull over if theres a situation like that, fuck that shit drive to some place public then get out of the car. if hes a real cop he should know better than to flash his badge in some crap cavalier, imo he was a fake cop trying to pull you over, probably wanted to jack the car its happened before def wont be the last time.
