o.k need some ticket advice(F**king cops)

alright i got a ticket tonight for equipment violation-driver operating(i only had 1 headlight, guess thats what its for), vehicle with unsafe/defective equipment, and equipment vioation no tail lights working. So... i dont understand what the unsafe defective equipment is. can somebody explain? and the thing about the tails is i do have tail lights, they just dont dim but brake lights work. so i need advice from experienced people if i should take it to court or pay the $116. please help a out
 
should be a fix a ticket you fix your car then take it to the police station have them sign off on it then you only half to pay like $8 happened to me a few years ago but it might very by county

and what county u live in? i live in west palm, and how do i find out if my county does it? i really dont wanna pay 116 for some bullshit pig stuff

i live in the everglades son LMAO but they should have told you it was a fix a ticket if it was one so you are fucked. Fix your car and pay the ticket. You shouldnt be driving around with one headlight in a 240 the stock lighting sucks as is so driving with one light is stupid.

yea i no but theres street lights err where. you should have herd what the cop was telling me. he was like your cockpit smells of a marijuana odor. and was asking all this shit if i knew anybody who smokes it and shit. all this buullshit. i fuckiing hate cops so much

LMAO my car always smells like that i just dont give cops a reason to pull me over anymore and shits cool. I dont hate most cops just a few. Most of them are cool as shit if your straight up with them.
 
it SHOULD BE a fix it ticket. fix your brake lights and head lights and take a picture of it and bring it to court. if the judge is cool he or she will dismiss it. my friend did the same thing with his car but he got a ticket for dark tints. he just showed them a pic of when he first bought his car lol

lol does it say it on the ticket? how do i no if its a fix a ticket? the pig didnt say anything just pay the ticket or go to court. i just drove off. suprised he didnt say anything about my exhaust

well that was like 2 years ago. but check at your local police station and ask them. if he said you have the option to go to court then theres a good chance its a fix it ticket. was jurisdiction did the cop work for? if its FHP then those guys tend to be assholes

uhh idk bout the jurisdiction. but he resins on glades road all the time. boca raton. i remember he arrested me like 2 years ago for weed. same cop lol. so would anybody know what it is with my dims? they always seemed to work but when i put the brake switch in today, they stopped. or before. but i know its not the bulbs.
 
brake pedal switch had a lil adjusting nut so when hit ur brakes it makes contact and make ur tails light up adjust dat.. a

and bout the ticket.. i got one for my exhaust.. same thing improper unsafe equipment. u fix ... u take to the cop.. u pay a min price. which is like 5-10 bucks depending on the ticket.. no big deal no need to take to court either,.

k thanks. bout the brake lights its the dim lights for the tails not the brake lights. ill check the fuses tommorow but doubt thats it. so would i go to the sherrifs statiion after i fix it to pay that couple bucks and get the ticket off my hands?

dude they dont tell you shit pretty much its a bullshit ticket i got the same thing for having my exhaust loud? and how is that unsafe??? beats me but the fact of the matter was that my exhaust wasnt loud. took it to court and all done.

my tail lights meaning when i put my headlights on, the dims on the tails are supposed to dim. but they dont so when i drive at night, theres no light there until i hit the brake(so the brake lights go on). and the thing about my headlights i have a feeling its somethin with the connectors or something cause my high beams dont work and my fog lights dont turn on. and ima try and figure all the problems out today. if not i would really apriciate it if somebody could help me out help find problem

lol cause i just wanted to cruise around lol. but theres a lot of street lights around so i could see fine.
so after i fix it ill go to the office try and get it sighned off and pay the $5 to $10. but if its not a fix a ticket thing, should i take it to court?
