new clutch slipping?

oem replacement from advanced auto parts. with pressure plate. i have NOT dogged on the car slid/gripped/raced nothing but drive like an old fkn lady to break in this shit. so it starts slipping abit after a while of driving.




wtf mate.


edit :clutch has about like 280 miles or so

did you get anything on the clutch or pressure plate during install? like oil, grease, tranny fluid. is your pedal adjusted properly?
 
i just checked the clutch pedal. it always felt flimsy..just adjusted it and it feels way better lets hope that what it was
 
its the adjustment its has to have adleast a 1/4 in play at the top of the pedal. POSITIVE. Been there done that roly ur good
 
if its not the pedal run the piss out of it and down shift a lot with out rev matching
it works i had the same prob
 
ok well noticed some slipping today damnit ima try and adjust the pedal AGAIN! and see if that helps
 
when sellers say "oh, and it has a new clutch" usually means "oh, the clutch is fucked".
 
I would but no monies to give u..also i can do it myself but no place to do work
