Are you or do you know of anyone who is trying to sell their home/condo and is having a hard time?

Let me know please.
 
he probly sales associate. like me, we help people sell there homes,condos, anythings really, even time shares, boat slips.
 
Similar to what Devil Man said. Not me, but my buddy. He does a great job finding buyers for people...

If you owned the place for over five years you should be able to sell pretty easily, however if you are one of the few greedy bastards that bought a house during the boom (hype) hoping to flip it in a year you might be screwed.
 
Obviously, it's not free. But recently, many people are upside down in their mortgages. So, they are trying desperately to let go of their homes to bring them up.
 
there is no set price on the the fee's no one will be able to tell you that thats what they charge that is illegal ex. if the broker says well in this area we brokers charge x% on the sale, what is legal is for the client and the broker/sales associate to come to an agremment on to what they will be paid.

people are not upside in the mortgages untill they either try to sell or try to refinace, and what they own is more then what there home appraises for. they should be able to still pay for what they have because they have to be qualified to afford there place. If any of you are interested in looking at places on this side of the state let me know. i live on the west coast! naples ftw
 
Well, I agree and disagree. Yes, some people should be able to pay for their homes. But, when the big boom came, many people took out equity or refinanced their homes to purchase another home(s) in hope of selling them quickly. However, we know how that turned out.


And so my point of this thread is, if for any reason, you or someone you know, is desperately trying to sell their home, but can not do so and are having a hard time, please let me know. Simple as that.
