soon im gonna buy an s13 and wanted to know some key stuff to make my car handle raw as **** ive been looking at different coilovers like kei office, tein, buddy club, hks, megan racing, etc and well ive seen the coilovers there selling and been wondering what i should get.....i wanna start out with autocross so can any one help me out thanks again chris

there are alot of other weak points on the s13 chassis that need to be addressed also. you have to remember that the s13 is over 10 years old. so all the stock bushings are probably shot. not that a coilover set up wouldn't make the car handle better, but you could spend your money a little more wisely and have amore well balanced car. you really don't need colovers as a beginner or with no power. KYB AGX's work fine, just get a eibach spring. then you could do alot more to the car to take care of the other sloppy suspension of such a old car. for the price of coilovers you could buy a nice spring and shock combo and still have enough left over to do a few other things like.....

adjustable t/c rods
new tie rods
poly tranny mount
subframe spacers
and maybe some rear adjustable arms
f/r strut tower bars
poly steering rack bushings
t/c rod brace

and maybe a stock s14 vlsd would be good too.

I would not get eibach for auto cross or drifting they are for dialy driving preety much....you want to get a non progressive spring...and if your going to stay with the shock and spring route i would get koni's.

yo thanks for the site bro gives me alot of info o and bill yeah bro i heard that eibach arent really that great for autocross but im gonna check out what you said see if it comes out cheaper but w/e i have to see
