ok guys, since i value your opinions...i need a favor. I was recently asked to put together a site for my aunts husband for his new company, and i need your critique of it. It's not meant to be a big, flashy site, just something plain, simple, and professional looking. Please let me know any changes you think i can make to make it more appealing. I used Front Page 2k3 for publishing, and photoshop for image/layout editing. thanks in advance guys :bigthumbu

Make title pic less Pixely. Make page fit correctly (right now you can go left to right on that page).
Also, Maybe give pics borders. I see on your tabs on the left, the buttons are all the same except one (has grey lines on top and bottom of it) its not clean. Also, some other grey lines are weird on that page too.

thanx dude...thats small shit i hope to be clearing up in the next few days...mainly casue Front page sux...but i have yet to learn dreamweaver

wats your resolution and browser BTW?

1. Go download Firefox, Safari, and Opera

Firefox -
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Safari -
http://www.apple.com/safari/download/

Opera -
http://www.opera.com/download/

Reason why is because you want to see how the site looks on different browsers.

2. If you did what I told you to do on #1, you would see that on Firefox, theres a white line next to the Home image button. Probably if you add margin="0" and/or padding="0" within the <table> tag which holds the main menu, should fix the problem.

I'll try sketching up something in Fireworks to show you what things I like and what things I would move/change.

http://www.browsercam.com/ might save you some time. They offer free 24 hour evaluation. Basically, it'll show your website on almost any browser (different version), different o/s's, different screen resolutions.

interesting, i'll check it out tonight from home. i needed something that would check diff. resoulutions, thanx
