need help !

i need a placed where i can tune my car safely im not looking for a dyno more like a track i can go for two days or some abundant road i can do second third gear pulls without getting pulled over.i will trailer my car to the spot because its a track car . i did a 2j na-t swap with fueltech standalone . any help is appreciated , i live in fort lauderdale area but i can take the car anywhere .

Why not just dyno?

the guy from Carrola tuning told me its gona take him two days to tune the car properly . on the dyno you only tune timing and afr his gona do cold start ,hot start and a lot more so its like a brand new car from the dealership .i got the fueltech FT350
