I need to know what you guys would do if u had to move out of the state, and have a 8yr ~50lb dog. Most likely he can't come with you.

Thats tough, is there any reason why you can't take the dog with you? If anything find somone you trust(family, close friends, etc) to look after it until you can bring it.

As for the dog, take him to a shelter or something where they can find him a good home.
 
Im not sure whether im gonna move or not, but im pretty sure he wont be happy with out me. Also I dont think the living quarters allows pets.

damn dude....good luck with the move if you have too...but yea try to find trustworthy friends or family to adopt the dog!!
