need help with head lightz

my head lights on my s13 stock front end use to go up an down perfectly fine an den i got in an accident. i fix the fender dat was messed up it is like brand new but then e i press my light switch the lights would not go down anymore they just stay up i can only put them down manually any advice????????

and some one just posted that my 4 light box is messed up so i was woundering where is that located and how do i tell if its messed up
