need help! no power to ecu!

Ok so I'm finally ready to start my car, and my ecu doesnt light up. I pulled the ecu out and checked for power, nothing. i checked the relay, no power there either. checked my fuse (the egi one inthe fuse box) have 12v and fuse is good.
Checked the fsm and i cant find a good wire diagram that says where this wire goes after the fuse box. anyone else had this problem? anyone one know where to start with this?

its hard you need to trace it back to the f3 plug. The diagram really sucks but i believe on a s14 that its fuse 7 then pin number ? on f3 plug.

Yes your right about NOT being able to trace it back but I know which ones are suppose to have power and what I've gathered from random online forums I still don't know anything lol

I'm not much help because its been a while since i figured it out on my ls swap. I can't remember any of the diagrams but they are there it just took hours to find. Keep reading the diagrams and trace the ecu power from engine bay fuse box through f3 connector and figure out what pin. And why you dont have power.

Well I know that from the f3 plug it goes to the other side under the steering wheel to m9 and has something to do with fuse 43 (I don't know which one is fuse 43) which is a 7.5a. In the fuse box on drivers side the bottom left fuse has no power to it at all. From the fsm power should be goin start from this fuse to through e109/m9 through m63/f3 right to the relay and supply constant power to ecu
