ok i was picked up the other week for posssesion had a court date went this morning found out it was yesterday and now i have a warrent i called around and ppl want any where from 3500 to 10k im 19 1st offense. i have a 8 month old duaghter and im struggling in life enough i need this shit to go away sfl help me im in daytona btw
 
just turn your self in they will let you go easier.... was is a pick up or they gave you a PTA ( promise to appear ) btw??

im not too sure i was taken to jail felony charge bonded out and fucked up my court date

damn dude your pretty fucked... if you have a bonded warrant they will find you to get their money, like i said the best way is to turn your self in it makes it look good to both the bonds man and the judge. If you dont want to face the music and take it like a man thats a different story... did you have more than 2 oz?

find someone to take car of your daughter and turn your self in... so then you have grounds to fight the intent to dis. because if they find you forget about even fighting that because why would you hide if it wasnt true.
 
my mom helps out allot but im a big role in her life i do mostly everything i havent slide my car in months cuz of all this drama i called a couple lawyers aand the courts are closed ill sit in jail till i go to court on a 5k bond i dont know if im done for all that fuck it was only sum damn weed
 
if i find a lawyer my warrant can be lifted and a new date set and i can move on in my life but i cant afford a huge down payment of pay mnore then i did for my car geez

divided evenly amoung like ten bags but i swear im no damn dope boi i was going to a party and was for me n my buddies

and drifting forum for leagl advice is better then wat im getting elswhere

sounds like you need to make better decisions bro.....wen you have other shit going on in your life you have be careful of the things that you do.....if u like to smoke weed, fine do it in a way where u wont be brought up on charges and be on the verge of losing your virginity.......anyway make your way to the FIU library we have all the gramshop laws and casefiles on hand. you can look over similar cases and see how the defense attorney handled it......
