Name that Sensor

So the other day i got under my s13 and noticed a sensor was leaking.. was wondering is this the neutral postion sensor or reverse position sensor ?? also i would like to know if i remove the sensor to check if the sensors bad (if it has oil in it) will oil pour out of there ? or is the oil level lower then that ?
