drifting auto is not hard as long as you have a lsd and some power. Its all about weight transfer. Get your car whatever it may be and enter a event im at everyone in sfl pretty much. Im not hard to find and i can teach you weight transfer pretty easy. I had to learn weight transfer cause i drift a car with orginal suspension and bushings that are all shot. building a cressida would be baller but i would not suggest it cause essentially you have the 4 door version of my supra. Which sucks balls to drift it has very poor suspension design, donkey dick steering angle, and very very little affter market support. If you decide to go in this direction i can point you in the right direction for parts and such.
If you trying to get something "rare" id suggest against it thats what fucked me over hardcore. I wanted to be different so i bought my MKII supra and started to try to slide it but its the hardest chassis ive ever tried to drift. A few other on here have driven my car or road in it. To do good in a car like mine or a cressida you have to know alot of advanced techniques and and just be on the ball all the time. I couldnt drift my car very well even with the JDM engine and all the parts and money i threw at it. Now with a V8 and power out the ass its a different story but the likley hood that your cressida would make as much hp and torque as my supra is very slim and would cost you more then its worth do your self a favor start with a 240 to learn then move into something a little harder to drift. Remember the more "rare" it is the more it costs to build. you have any question feel free to pm.
