been having this problem for a few days now, sometimes im going to start the car and it wont do nothing, i can hear the little tic on the starter but it wont turn, so i hit it a couple of times to see if it gets stuck but nothing, then i keep turning the switch on and off on and off and then after a couple of tries it cranks, but sometimes it will crank the first time, so wat i have done now is i got a cable and when it wont start by the ignition switch i open the hood and disconect the starter cable and put it directly to the battery to crank it, so its not a starter problem, maybe the ignition switch or harness??? wat u guys think??

its the one that goes to the starter theres only one connection to the starter other then the power wire

Clean your battery terminals. Same thing happened too mine, now it starts up perfect. A lot of people think it's the starter, but most of the times it's your battery terminals 'cause they are dirty. Also, make sure you tighten the battery cables good.

same problem im having, i went to dicount thinking it was my starter but it turns out it wasnt im thinkin clutch relay

in my experience its usually the ignition switch there's a way to kinda bypass/fix it were it all works normally but its usually just best to get a used/new one check your battery terminals and wire connections if there ok witch it sounds like it is because u said it starts fine with the jump wire its probably your ignition switch....

check all terminal conecctions ie batt.terminals wires to starter if there all good then check if all wire go out of main ign. swicth properly if so then heck the blue double relay in the left front corner by the batt..these relays go bad very easily..and show an intermitant werk habit when their ready to crap out
