Motor Mounts?

Hey guys hows it goin i know this may sound like a basic procedure but can anyone give me some tips/pointers on how to swap out my motor mounts? have never done this before so just some do's and dont's would be great. im putting cusco's in my 91 240 so if anyone has particular experience with these mounts plz share...:bigthumbu

jack car up, put on jack stands, loosen the bolts on the motor mounts, then place the jack with maybe a peice of wood on top and move it under the oil pan, jack it up nice and slow ull see the motor start lifting out of the mounts, then once the motor cant go up any higher, its time to go in and wiggle those suckers out, place new ones in ,slowly lower jack so u can make sure the motor is centered and leveled( ask a friend to help , itl be easyer) then wen u have the holes lined up, keep lowering the motor until it has all the weight on the mounts, then tighten up the bolts and ur good:bigthumbu
