My vote goes to Moroso. But I do have to wonder...what are the rules for beginers. Like...umm... Ocala...drop in the dirt 3 times and your out...is Moroso at all like that? Because for beginers *Me* I wouldnt doubt that I would hit the dirt a few times....I dont want to spend over a hundred bucks only to be able to drive 3 laps because of my noobness.

moroso sounds good,
but it wont bee good for Beginers.
and beginers are more than HALF the people that sign up.....
so..........
i dunno. i think WPB RULES .
so my vote is WPB>

just change the track layout!!!!

If you can change your vote to Moroso, you should, because there are tons of paved areas at Moroso that we can use for beginner drift practice stuffs, and we will have a ton of cones left over for it.

It was posted earlier that Moroso doesn't care if you go off track or dity drop. If you go off track, just let off the gas and try to get the car to slow down and get back onto the track. As for dirt drops, I am sure Moroso is cool with it.

F*ck that. Dirt drops f*ck it for everyone else. Everytime drifters go to Ocala more dirt ends up on the track then off the track. Personally I do care for dirt drops.... a lot.

Ill bring a push broom.! And if you can avoid it, dont drop your tires in the dirt. Think of it as a curb not as soft grass.

watching that accord from the backseat makes me want to drift that course so bad.

You guys need to step it up and be more aggressive. 3 wheeling dirt drops FTW! I guess it's a hachi thing. :p

because you have no power, and i like accelerating out of turns while drifting. and not going off course.

Harri, if you are able to secure an event at moroso using the road course when do you think it will happen?

Yes, it is true that hachi drivers use the dirt to help them maintain a drift, but have you noticed when Taniguchi used to do it in his S15? Different strokes I guess. I just love seeing drivers using the full potential of their cars and driving them like animals. :bigthumbu

BTW - Is most of section we are on 2nd gear or is there any 3rd gear stuff? It's hard to get an idea of the size/scale of the track from the picture posted...thanks Harri! :)

Honestly it's mostly 3rd gear with 4th gear entries. At least on a 240sx that's what it would be. If you're in second you're gonna have to left-foot-brake so you dont run out of gear.... which would be lame... 3rd gear FTMFW

I hope that it wont happen at the very least until the end of April.

For real, Im trying to get some kind of engine in my car before the Charlotte licensing event, then recoop and I would like to attend the nopi miami event. ( But i have not looked into too many details seeing as i dont have a license yet) Although if i can only afford to do 1 event I would choose moroso over nopi's p-lot @ dolphin stadium.

Bring on the road course.

Admin: Can someone change my vote from wpb to moroso. after the incar footage, I'd like to try the track out and see what its like.
