Mo Noises!!!

when im chillin at the light or something, ill put it in first and let go of the clutch a lil, you know 2 move a lil forward... not pressing the gas... and it makes the 'err errr errr err' noise...

SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!!

thats just the sound of the clutch master cylinder. Just about every car I have owned did that.

wait u talkin about the noise that sounds like metal grinding.....well that happend to me twice did u do a 5spd swap if not last time for me that was the pilot bearing and the center shaft vibrating too much in there lmk deatails on the car to better diagnose

its keeps making that lil sound until i start moving faster... im sure somebody has had this happen to them... its not a loud sound from inside the car, i can only hear it when my music is down.

on my PRE PRE PRE s13 was the Throw out bearing

so how do i fix that =)

- put the car on jack
-get it on stands
-get the tranny crossmember bolts out
-get the driveshaft out
-get the tranny hanging down
-unbolt tranny
-drop tranny
look inside there is a lil Y shaped arm that moves when u press on the clutch

on it is the Throw out bearing,
get the lil metal clip and swap it.

* buy it new at Nissan, unless u wana change it more than once,.

nissan! $50

then everything in reverse! and PAM ur done.!

check ur FSM for references! :bigthumbu
