just bought a pair any thing i should know about them?

any one rock these?

they have built in spacers on them, im gonna put the tein spacers on them too, good idea?

info is golden!!

any thing over 6 mm thick on the tie rod spacer is useless. the rack bottoms out. leave the tein ones out

why are tey useless wouldn't i get more angle with them in? more detail please!

Ever have the inner boots off a rack and look at the teeth that are on that bar that comes out of the rack when its turned????? Well nissan designed in a buffer area so if the steering wheel goes to lock the input shaft threads do not bind on the rack (excuse the lack of parts vocabulary). If you add any more then 6mm of tie rod spacer the threads on the input shaft will bind on the rack, thus no more angle. If you desire more angle you can machine another threaded groove on either side of the rack. But then you over center the steering angle on the lower control arm.

Lets put it this way, your steering will not want to leave lock during drift no matter what caster setting your have, and you will totally change the way the front of the car is moving going over center. The most probable senerio is you loosing front grip from such a quick change in tire direction and begin to under steer.

You do not need more angle then adding the usual tie rod spacer.

alright thank you, but how is it that some people with aftermarket tierods have to cut the bump stop off the lower front a-arm, because their tierods hit it at full lock, but with my old ones (kazama's) mine wouldn't touch? i just want the most angle possiable!

Is not the tie rod is the how low you are, I have stock tierods and i still smack the bump stop, reason why i have too much of a drop. plus a beautiful +7* of caster

the stops on the lca are there for a reason. You better have a few racks laying around if you decide to cut them off.

Vehical ride height and caster and bump steer adjustment (if applicable) will determine if your tie rod end hits the stop or not, like dudocious said
