im gonna have to agree with the one guy that said its probably already been sold. id look into legal action. not sure if you have receipts or proof of payment/delivery...anything; but if he's avoiding you this hard, something's not right and something should be done.
 
If you bought the parts online just log in to that site and usually they would have an order history and you can use the order forms as your receipts. Good luck taking the bastard down, you should take him to court for this.:thumbup:
