If those are BMW wheels I want to know how they got them to fit. BMW uses 5x120 bolt pattern IIRC

It looks like shit when the gas tank is left all sunken in on wide body cars. And why the hell is the front fender sitting out so much further then the door?

I just think its naive to call any of those street cars. They're all race cars, d1sl or not. Maybe a handful of them get driven on the street (like those ones with no stickers in the 2nd set of pics).
 
OK, I mentioned the stickered cars b/c they are obviously sponsored race cars and/or shop cars. FWIW, you are talking to someone who daily drove a gutted & caged (not a pussy bolt in shit either) s-chassis for about a year. Although it was my "daily," by no means would i consider it a street car. To me, gutted and caged = race car status.

oh trust me man, my car without a cage i consider a race car, but its still legal enough to drive it on the street... Most of these cars probably see track days only, but we cant forget we are talking about japan, they take these cars in the mountains too at night...and mountains=streets to them!!!!
